On the question: Comptroller Morton - Is this a two-year
lease?
Response: Mayor Patterson-Howard - the city is not ready to
go online with our existing office spaces.
Comptroller Morton - discussed having a conversation with
the Commissioner and the Assistant Engineer about the
property across the street.
Deputy Corporation Counsel - Commercial properties tend to
be a five year lease. I will follow-up.
Comptroller Morton - We can hold this until we get more
clarification because the lease does not expire until June.
