Mayor Patterson - Howard: Because it is project based, they will be using equipment we will not  
have all the time.  
Assistant Comptroller Hamilton: They currently dont have a cost attached because it is on a need  
basis.  
Mayor SPH: the repairs can be done in house but we just need the equipment so that we dont  
have to outsource all repairs.  
Comptroller Morton: we need to explore more open PO's before we approve this.

Chairwoman Patterson-Howard asked if there was new business:  
Mayor Patterson - Howard: Announced that all departments received budget estimates, and it is in  
review for revenues and expense projections.  
Comptroller Morton: further explained the draft budget processes and the timelines. Gave an update on  
real estate committee and phase 1 of the city owned properties not for municipal use and the bidding  
process. Two tax lien sales in June $600K and one last week if fully executed will be $1.5 - $1.6  
million. Any properties not chosen will be in-rem foreclosure. The final tax lien sale will be in  
December.  
Mayor asked for a motion to adjourn.
