Mayor Patterson-Howard - discussed MTA history and what happened during the prior administration  
and thanks to the governor's office and the MTA and the moving of the bridge projects forward.  
Council President Browne - $5 million was committed to the MTA under Richard Thomas, $8 million  
grant under Ernie Davis.
