RESOLVED, that an ordinance adopted by the City Council on December 27, 2023, and signed by the Mayor on December 28, 2023, authorizing the City Council President Danielle Browne and Councilwoman Caithlin Gleason to attend the New York State Conference of Mayors: Winter Legislative Meeting, ($405 per person totaling $810.00 shall be charged to A1010.417 {Education and Training}; Hotel charges of $159 per night for each attendee, transportation and food expenses not exceeding $3,000.00 shall be expensed to A1010.402{Travel Expense}), be and the same is hereby approved.

ATTEND THE NEW YORK STATE CONFERENCE
OF MAYORS: WINTER LEGISLATIVE MEETING
Whereas, the New York State Conference of Mayors (NYCOM) is hosting its Winter Legislative meeting in Albany, NY, from February 4 to February 6, 2024, and
Whereas, attendance at this meeting presents an opportunity for City Council President Danielle Browne and Councilwoman Cathlin Gleason to participate, share ideas, and advocate for funding and partnerships with state officials; and
Whereas, the costs associated with attending the NYCOM Winter Legislative meeting include conference fees of $405 per person, totaling $810.00, to be charged to A1010.417 "Education and Training," hotel expenses of $159 per night for each attendee, transportation, and food expenses not exceeding a total of $3,000.00 to be expensed to A1010.402; Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved that
The City of Mount Vernon, in City Council convened, does hereby ordain and enact:
