Board of Estimate and Contract:
RESOLVED, that an Ordinance adopted by the City Council on June 10, 2026, and signed by the Mayor on June 25, 2026, authorizing the Mayor to Enter into an Agreement with IamWillliamG Enterprise, LLC to Provide a Fitness and Nutrition Program for Youth Participants through the Mount Vernon Youth Bureau - (for an amount not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) and funding for this agreement is available through the Westchester County Youth Bureau M.I.M. grant and shall be accounted for in Revenue Code A2229.8, with expenditures charged to Budget Code A7338.405 (Contracted Outside Services); this grant is fully reimbursable and requires no local matching funds from the City of Mount Vernon); be, and the same is hereby approved.

Whereas, in correspondence dated June 3, 2026, the Executive Director of the Youth Bureau formally requested authorization for the Mayor to execute an agreement IamWilliamG Enterprise, LLC for the provision of a Fitness and Nutrition Program for youth participants through the Mount Vernon Youth Bureau, for an amount not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), subject to review and approval as to form by the Corporation Counsel; and
Whereas, pursuant to Ordinance No. 10 adopted on January 14, 2025, the City Council authorized the acceptance of grant funding in the amount of Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) from the Westchester County Youth Bureau under the M.I.M. Program to support and promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of the youth of the City of Mount Vernon; and
