A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT FOR
THE 2026 MANDATORY SEXUAL HARASSMENT AND
WORKPLACE VIOLENCE PREVENTION TRAINING
WHEREAS, the Department of Human Resources has arranged for the required 2026 Mandatory Sexual Harassment Prevention and Workplace Violence Prevention Training to be provided virtually to City employees; and
WHEREAS, payment is required for the services provided in accordance with the attached invoice; and
WHEREAS, the total cost of the training is $1,200.00, to be charged to A1030.402;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the appropriate City officials are hereby authorized to approve and process payment of the attached invoice in the amount of $1,200.00 for the 2026 Mandatory Sexual Harassment Prevention and Workplace Violence Prevention Training, to be virtually provided through the Department of Human Resources, with said expense charged to A1030.402
