A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE PROPOSED

2026 ANNUAL ESTIMATE FOR THE

CITY OF MOUNT VERNON, NY

 

                     WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by this Board of Estimate & Contract on the 1st day of December 2025 about the Annual Estimate of the City of Mount Vernon, New York, for the year 2026, according to the provisions of Section 81 of the Charter of the City of Mount Vernon; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT

                     RESOLVED, that pursuant to the provisions of Section 81 of the City Charter, as amended, the following itemized statement of the estimated revenues and expenditures of the City of Mount Vernon for the fiscal year commencing the first day of January 2026 be and the same hereby is adopted by this Board of Estimate and Contract and submitted in final form to the City Council:
