RESOLVED, that an Ordinance adopted by the City Council on July 8, 2026, and signed by the Mayor on July 8, 2026, authorizing the Consolidation and Transfer of the Executive Assistant Position within the Youth Bureau, Creating the Title of Assistant Director, Approving the Necessary Budget Transfers, and Amending the Fiscal Year 2026 Salary Schedule - (grade: 9B, step 7; transfer of appropriated funds within the Youth Bureau Fiscal Year 2026 Operating Budget in the amount of Thirteen Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-Five Dollars ($13,435.00) to fund the newly created Assistant Director position for the remainder of Fiscal Year 2026. The funding shall be derived from the following appropriations:
