AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER
OF FUNDS IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $12,458.16
TO COVER THE ANNUAL COST OF
GRANICUS/LEGISTAR AGENDA AND
MINUTES MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE
Whereas, in correspondence dated September 15, 2026, the City Clerk formally requested authorization for transfer of appropriations in the total amount of Twelve Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-Eight Dollars and Sixteen Cents ($12,458.16) for the purpose of funding the annual cost of the Granicus/Legistar agenda and minutes management software; and
Whereas, the City Clerkâs Office utilizes the Granicus/Legistar agenda and minutes management software to facilitate the preparation, management, publication, and maintenance of City Council agendas, minutes, and related legislative records; and
Whereas, the annual cost associated with the Granicus/Legistar software constitutes a necessary municipal expenditure to support the City's legislative and public-records operations; and
Whereas, the appropriation within the City Council budget designated for this expense has been depleted as a result of unexpected costs; and
Whereas, the City Clerk has determined that a transfer of available appropriations from other City Clerk budget lines is necessary to provide sufficient funding to cover the annual cost of the Granicus/Legistar agenda and minutes management softwar...
