Board of Estimate and Contract:
RESOLVED, that an Ordinance adopted by the City Council on August 12, 2026, and signed by the Mayor on August 13, 2026, authorizing the Mayor to Renew the Agreement with Alpine Software Corporation Inc. for the RedAlert Records Management System Software and Cloud Hosting Services for the Mount Vernon Fire Department - (the total amount authorized under this Ordinance shall not exceed Eleven Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-One Dollars and Twenty-Eight Cents ($11,941.28) for the annual renewal, including Cloud Hosting services supporting the Fire Alarm Bureau's Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) system; Comptroller is hereby authorized and directed to charge the cost of the agreement to Account A3410.203 - Maintenance to Equipment, or to such other appropriate account as may be designated in accordance with applicable budgetary procedures); and the same is hereby approved.

ALPINE SOFTWARE CORPORATION INC. FOR
THE REDALERT RECORDS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
SOFTWARE AND CLOUD HOSTING SERVICES FOR
THE MOUNT VERNON FIRE DEPARTMENT
Whereas, by correspondence dated July 17, 2026, the Deputy Commissioner of the Fire Department has requested authorization for the Mayor to execute, on behalf of the City of Mount Vernon, a renewal agreement with Alpine Software Corporation Inc. for the continued provision of the RedAlert Records Management System Software and Cloud Hosting services for the Mount Vernon Fire Department; and
Whereas, Alpine Software Corporation Inc. provides the RedAlert Records Management System Software, including Cloud Hosting services for the Fire Department's Fire Alarm Bureau (FAB) Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) system; and
