City Council:

A RESOLUTION APPOINTING

NICOLE BONILLA AS DEPUTY CITY CLERK

FOR THE CITY OF MOUNT VERNON

WHEREAS, under Section 34 of the City Charter, as amended by Local Law No. 4 of 2008, the City Council shall appoint to hold office during its pleasure a Deputy City Clerk for the City of Mount Vernon; and

WHEREAS, this City Council intends to appoint NICOLE BONILLA as Deputy City Clerk; NOW, THEREFORE, be it

RESOLVED, that this City Council does hereby appoint to serve as Deputy City Clerk, commencing January 2, 2025, NICOLE BONILLA to hold office during its pleasure; and be it further

RESOLVED, that this resolution shall take effect immediately.
